Terms of Service

These terms explain the official website, client portal, payment, and referral program procedures for Automated Business Processes.

Last updated June 15, 2026.

Services

Automated Business Processes provides custom automation, integration, workflow, dashboard, hosting, and support services. Scope, deliverables, pricing, payment timing, and support details are defined in the proposal, invoice, statement of work, or written portal communication for each project.

Project work begins after the applicable proposal, scope, and invoice requirements are approved through the official website or client portal process.

Payments, Credits, and Invoices

Invoices are payable through the official checkout or another approved payment method shown by Automated Business Processes. Credits may be applied to eligible invoices when available in the client account.

Account credits are not cash, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for refunds unless Automated Business Processes confirms otherwise in writing.

Client Materials

Clients are responsible for providing accurate process details, system access, credentials, business rules, approvals, and feedback needed to complete a project. Credentials should be submitted only through approved secure portal workflows.

Clients retain ownership of their own business data and materials. Automated Business Processes may use those materials only to provide, support, secure, and improve the contracted services.

Referral Program Terms

Referral eligibility is defined by the five criteria below.

  1. 1Verified client link. The referrer must have an eligible client portal account and a verified client review. Referral links unlock only after that review gate is complete.
  2. 2Official website path. The referred business must start through the official portal-generated referral link, review pricing first, and complete the questionnaire with the referral code carried by the website flow. Free-form referral claims, after-the-fact names, manual attribution requests, and referrals submitted outside the official website procedure are not part of the program.
  3. 3New, separate business. The referred business must be new to Automated Business Processes and must not already be an existing client, account, active lead, prior referral, duplicate contact, or related opportunity in the pipeline. Self-referrals, same-account referrals, same-business referrals, and referrals between businesses that appear to share the same non-public company email domain may be marked ineligible.
  4. 4Automation purchase only. The referred business must purchase an eligible automation project. Support-only services, hosting-only services, maintenance-only services, consultations, renewals, and other non-automation invoices do not qualify.
  5. 5Paid and undisputed invoice. The referred business receives the stated first-project discount on the first eligible automation invoice when the referral is accepted by the website flow. The referrer receives the stated account credit only after that first eligible automation invoice is paid in full and remains undisputed. Refunds, chargebacks, disputes, voided payments, fraud, duplicate records, abuse, or activity outside the official website procedure can cancel or reverse discount and credit eligibility.

Referral credit may be used on eligible future automation invoices from Automated Business Processes. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash, refunds, gift cards, or third-party services.

When sharing a referral link, the referrer must clearly disclose that they may receive account credit if the referred business becomes a client. The client portal provides disclosure text that may be copied with the referral link.

Automated Business Processes may review referrals before issuing or honoring any discount or credit, update, pause, or end the referral program, adjust eligibility rules, and correct referral records when needed to prevent abuse, errors, or duplicate crediting.

Website Use

Visitors and clients may not misuse the website, interfere with security controls, submit false information, scrape private portal content, or attempt to access accounts, invoices, projects, or administrative areas that do not belong to them.

The website and portal are provided as-is. Automated Business Processes may change, suspend, or remove website features as needed for security, maintenance, or business operations.
