2Pricing-first website handoffThe referred business must use the portal-generated link, review pricing, and submit the questionnaire with the code carried by the site.
3New, separate businessExisting clients, active leads, duplicate contacts, self-referrals, same-account referrals, same-business referrals, and shared non-public company domains are ineligible.
4Automation purchase onlyThe first qualifying purchase must be an eligible automation project, not support-only, hosting-only, maintenance-only, consultation, renewal, or other non-automation work.
5Paid and undisputedCredit is issued only after the first eligible automation invoice is paid in full and remains undisputed; refunds, chargebacks, disputes, voids, fraud, duplicates, or abuse can cancel or reverse eligibility.
